Responsibilities
- •Ship model-powered features for symptom intake, triage, care navigation, and personalized recommendations
- •Integrate model APIs, retrieval, and tool-calling into production medical workflows
- •Work with researchers to productionize new capabilities without losing quality or safety
- •Partner with design and product to create interfaces where AI behavior is legible and trustworthy
- •Continuously improve latency, cost, and reliability in patient-facing and clinician-facing flows
Requirements
- •Strong full-stack or backend engineering background with meaningful ML product experience
- •Experience deploying LLM-powered systems in production
- •Fluency in Python and TypeScript or a similarly strong product engineering stack
- •Good product judgment and strong instincts around UX and iteration speed
- •Healthcare product experience is a plus but not required
