Central Operations Lead

Own the central operating system behind the first real LifeCo deployment. You will help translate product capability into repeatable execution across workflows, escalation, support, and operating discipline.
Responsibilities
- •Design and run the core operating playbooks for intake, escalation, follow-up, support, and execution
- •Partner with product and clinical teams to close gaps between software and reality
- •Set performance metrics for speed, quality, completion, and patient experience
- •Build the systems and rituals that let a small team operate like a much larger one
- •Help define the central operating model for the first deployable LifeCo system
Requirements
- •Strong operating background in healthcare delivery, clinical operations, or service design
- •Ability to build process from first principles rather than inheriting legacy workflows
- •Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational ability
- •Comfort working deeply with technical teams
- •Experience launching or scaling operational programs in healthcare is highly preferred
