Infrastructure Engineer, Platform Reliability

Own the reliability layer for a healthcare system that cannot casually fail. You will build the production foundations that keep research, product, and operations moving without interruption.
Responsibilities
- •Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, compute orchestration, and deployment systems
- •Build observability, alerting, and incident-response tooling for high-availability medical workflows
- •Partner with product and AI teams to improve uptime, latency, and release reliability
- •Drive infrastructure automation and reduce operational toil across engineering
- •Help establish operational standards for a system with growing real-world care responsibilities
Requirements
- •Strong infrastructure or SRE background in production software environments
- •Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure at scale
- •Comfort debugging distributed systems under pressure
- •Ability to balance rigor with startup speed
- •Experience with healthcare, fintech, or other reliability-sensitive domains is preferred
