Own the workflow architecture for clinician-facing tools. This role focuses on dense, professional interfaces where speed, context, and precision matter more than consumer novelty.
Responsibilities
- •Design clinician-facing workflows for review, escalation, documentation, and quality control
- •Partner with clinical leadership to map complex real-world work into software
- •Set standards for information hierarchy, action design, and error prevention in operational surfaces
- •Push the company toward a coherent cross-system interaction model
- •Work closely with engineering to ensure dense workflows remain fast, legible, and reliable
Requirements
- •Extensive experience designing professional tools, operational software, or clinical/enterprise systems
- •Strong systems thinking and exceptional information design ability
- •Ability to work from messy workflows toward elegant, practical solutions
- •Excellent collaboration with product, engineering, and operations leaders
- •Experience in healthcare or adjacent operational domains is highly valuable
