Product Designer, Patient

Design the patient-facing experience of the LifeCo system. You will help make high-stakes health workflows feel calm, legible, and trustworthy for people navigating care.
Responsibilities
- •Lead design for patient-facing workflows across intake, guidance, scheduling, follow-up, and care management
- •Develop product concepts, prototypes, and interaction systems with product and engineering
- •Create a design language appropriate for healthcare infrastructure, not generic consumer wellness
- •Run user research and usability testing focused on patient understanding, confidence, and actionability
- •Contribute to a durable system of components, patterns, and content principles
Requirements
- •Strong product design portfolio demonstrating complex systems thinking
- •Fluency in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and UX research
- •Ability to work closely with engineers and move from 0-1 concepts into production
- •Good taste and high standards for clarity under complexity
- •Experience in healthcare, fintech, enterprise, or other trust-sensitive products is preferred
