Software Engineer, Medical Data Platform

Build the longitudinal data substrate for the system. This team turns fragmented medical, operational, and patient-generated data into usable, trustworthy infrastructure for models and product workflows.
Responsibilities
- •Design ingestion and normalization pipelines for records, labs, imaging, claims-adjacent data, and device signals
- •Create durable schemas and interfaces for longitudinal patient state
- •Build data quality systems, lineage tooling, and dataset versioning for training and product use
- •Enable secure internal access patterns for research, analytics, and operations teams
- •Work with clinical and product teams to ensure the platform reflects real healthcare workflows
Requirements
- •Strong backend or data engineering experience
- •Excellent SQL and experience with data warehouses, stream processing, or ETL pipelines
- •Strong API design and data modeling skills
- •Experience with regulated or highly sensitive data environments is preferred
- •Ability to build pragmatic systems that will evolve quickly as the company scales
